We provide expert advice to prevent costly mistakes and ensure a feasible design. 2️⃣ Cost Discussion & Payment Plan Once the consultation is complete, we discuss: ✅ Design cost ✅ Scope of work ✅ Project timeline A proforma invoice is sent, detailing the scope of work, total cost, and our financial details. Clients are required to make a 50% part-payment, after which a receipt is issued and work begins. 3️⃣ Concept Design & 3D Rendering Within 5 days, clients receive a 3D concept design for visualization. The client reviews the concept and provides feedback for any necessary adjustments. 4️⃣ Detailed 2D Building Plans (Completed in 2 Weeks) Once the 3D concept is approved, we proceed with: ✅ Architectural Drawings ✅ Structural Drawings ✅ Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Drawings These detailed 2D plans are completed within 2 weeks after concept approval. 5️⃣ Final Approval & Permit Processing The 2D drawings are sent to the client for final approval.
